There was a scene from a Paulo Coelho book I still remember till today.
So the main character joined this drama class and they entered this most relaxed state, with their eyes all closed and suddenly there was a loud bang. When everyone opened their eyes, they saw that they were all in the same position, hands on top of their navel.
Navel, right in the centre of us, the place where we get all the nutrition we need, the most vulnerable place of ourselves that we most instinctively protects, but also the core, the strength, the place that allows us to stand tall.

I look up,
and a leaf fall gently on my nose.
